Regarding the Natuna and Southeast tribes who are said to live in the middle of the Teduh Ocean. A young man from the Southeast, Dipa, came to Natuna Island with the intention of raising unity. It was only then that Lingga gave up Riana, and blessed Dipa to hold a union.
