B.A.E. - Before Anything Else
Directed by
On the threshold of adulthood, Romeo spends a final summer in Tropea with his friends, where he meets Giulia, a local theater enthusiast. As their romance blossoms, the two end up starring in a local production of Romeo and Juliet, and their real lives begin to painfully parallel the classic play. Facing opposition from Giuliaβs overprotective brother and the pressure of an uncertain future, their bond deepens until a tragic confrontation alters their lives forever. B.A.E. - Before Anything Else is a poignant exploration of first love, passion, and devastating sacrifice.
