He returned to the industry in 2010 and founded Ideal Image Models a talent agency that has discovered and represented many stars including Jena Ivory ( Penthouse Pet) Elizabeth Marx (Playboy Cyber Girl Of the Year) Isiah Maxwell ( Male Performer of the Year). The agency has expanded to offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas. Tee Reel has been nomination for and won numerous awards in the industry from AVN, X-Biz, XRCO, and was inducted into the Urban X Hall of Fame in 2020.
