Hikari Tachibana (橘 ひかり, Tachibana Hikari; born September 18, 1973, in Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with Arts Vision. Her real name is Hikari Chiba (千葉 光), and she previously performed under the stage name Hikari Katō (加藤 光). After studying at the Ōhira Tōru Seiyū Seminar, Tokyo Announce Gakuin, and the Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo, she began a career spanning anime, video games, dubbing, and children's entertainment.
